Breakfast event to demonstrate the new features of the Adobe CS3.
Idea: A fashion show was simulated to demonstrate “the new look” or, in particular, the newness of the CS3. During the break, the guests were invited to pose together with the models in front of a white screen on deck chairs holding cocktails. The pictures were then edited in a live demonstration showing the highlights of the new version of Adobe Photoshop. Afterwards, the representative of a company selling plotters demonstrated how easy those pictures could be printed out as A1 posters. At the end of the event the guests could take home their own posters which illustrated their relaxing on deck chairs on a beautiful beach. The posters were titled „I love my job“.
The challenge was to prove to graphic artists that the new features of the CS3 are a “must have” to work with, and to present them with a strong anchor to remember the event. Graphic artists are usually in front of the pc working out beautiful images. They are never in the pictures themselves! We gave them a wonderful poster with them in it.
They loved it!
